All properties are located at the friendly, quiet, windless and safe neighbourhood of Livadakia. Guests are just 5mins walk to Livadi, the heart of Serifos’ life, 7mins walk to the port and 100m away from Livadakia beach, one of the most attractive and beautiful beaches of the island.
Indeed, Livadakia is a priviledged area for a visitor to stay in. It is very close to Livadi’s restaurants, cafes, gift shops, super markets and local grossery shops and near to the beautiful seashore of Livadakia. Bank, post office, pharmacy, taxis and bus station are all located at Livadi.

ON FOOT
BY CAR (July – August). During high season period many streets become one-way, hence, this is the shortest way to reach the aparmtents by vehicle.
BY CAR throughout the year, except July and August.
Serifos is located close to Piraeus port. During summer time there is daily connection.
If you choose to travel by speedboat the duraton varies from 2h10m to 2h30m.
In case you choose to travel by the slow ferry, the duration is about 4h50m. This ferry connects the island to Piraeus throught the year.
